This situation does not exclude the approach of health professionals, which has been based on a traditional, biologicist and paternalistic paradigm. In addition, severa! studies point out that being a man is a risk factor because heteronormative patterns related to masculinity hinder access to the care system and expose them to greater risk behaviors that affect their wellbeing and threaten their lives. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research with a gender perspective and from the voice of the protagonists in the health field in arder to identify inequalities and inequities and their interaction with the DSS with the health-disease processes and their management through nursing care. The importance of applying a disciplinary approach to professional practice is emphasized to fill these gaps by applying nursing hermeneutics, as in the case of the present study, which will make use of Jmogene King's dynamic conceptual system. The present research is positioned in the area of study of human care in the line of philosophy, models, and theories of nursing from the paradigm of categorization. General objective: To analyze the experiences of affectivity in the sexuality of men in situation of acquired physical disability, from the conceptual system of dynamic interaction oflmogene King. Methodology: Thesis with a descriptive phenomenological qualitative approach. Sampling: by convenience, composed of people who were interested in participating voluntarily. Eligibility criteria: men between 18 and 65 years old, who have acquired a physical disability. Exclusion criteria: men with any type of cognitive or sensory disability. Data collection: application of virtual or face-to-face semi-structured interview, according to preference. Based on Imogene King's conceptual framework of dynamic interaction...
