dc.description.abstractThe environment has been a recurring tapie for international agencies and countries around the world because of the implications that entails its degradation in multiple spheres of life (social, political, economic, and cultural). In this sense, la Cuestión Ambiental has been brought up in multiple scenarios in arder to find solutions to the current state of the situation. Consequently, this status has redefined the criteria that establishes how different disciplines, areas of knowledge, and professions that are immersed in this context and have tried to address the issue should respond to the current necessities. The main subject of study of this Seminar is constituted by the theorical- methodological foundations from which Anthropology, Biology, Law, Economy, Engineering, Environmental Health, Public Health, and Sociology draw from in arder to apprehend La Cuestión Ambiental in Costa Rica during 1995-2015. At the same time, this Seminar seeks to clarify which are the theorical- methodological tendencias for the apprehension of la Cuestión Ambiental in areas like Anthropology, Biology, Law, Economy, Engineering, Environmental Health, Public Health, and Sociology For that matter, the Seminar identified theorical-methodological tendencias for a better understanding of La Cuestion Ambiental from the position of a interpretative-constructivist paradigm; more specifically from a Hermeneutical perspectiva. All of this since approaching the object of study implied a dynamic process in which interpretation lead to multiple discussions and challenges during the process. The study shows that it was possible to recognize in different disciplines, areas of knowledge, and profession that la Cuestión Ambiental hasn't been heorized as a category. lt has been the approach in specific case studies and analysis of public politics what have caused intervention from immediacy actions. lt's worth...es_CR
