dc.description.abstractNowadays entrepreneurshíp ís one of the most importan activítíes in the world, sínce ít offers benefits such as: employment opportunities, provides high quality products and/or services, and in general has a significant economic contribution to the countries. Due to the advantages offered by the ventures for countries líke Costa Ríca, many governmental and non-governmental institutíons have made efforts to promote this type of activity. However in many cases these new businesses have presented many opportunitíes for improvement and currenlly the entrepreneurial actívity in the country has declined. Sorne of the possible reasons that have affected the development of this activity is lhe lack of organizalional and strategic structure that typically have the ventures, the little differentíation in its business model often ít is still belting on traditíonal businesses, with repelitive proposals, instead of lookíng for ln novatíve options that fav or a market with less competition. In order to improve the performance of the entrepreneurs an investigatíon was carried out, where good practices which entrepreneurs succeeded in their management were determined, and based on these good practices be able to ídenlify the associated behaviors, so that the entrepreneurs can also implement them and thus achieve better results. Another of the solutions proposed in the investigation due to the lack of differentiation and structure in the entrepreneurship, and also in response to the reduction of the entrepreneurial actívity in Costa Rica, to develop a model with which an entrepreneur can through the application of simple and specific tools to develop a future enterpríse, incorporating their competitíve advantage from the beg inning in the construction of the business idea, focused on the aspects that add value to the costumer, to the point where the start of operations can take place...es_CR
