Diseño e implementación de un sistema hidráulico con fines didácticos para un laboratorio universitario de máquinas hidráulicas

Resumen
Se propuso diseñar en su componente técnica, pedagógica y física una serie de prácticas de laboratorio para complementar el currículo del curso universitario de Máquinas Hidráulicas a cargo de la Escuela de Ingeniería Mecánica. Se aprovecharon para el efecto, los equipos existentes en el actual recinto y se propusieron además, equipos menores para suplir aquellos temas para los que no hay experiencia aplicada a la fecha. El principal aporte material de este trabajo fue el diseño, comprobación, construcción y redacción de cada una de las prácticas de laboratorio. Se destaca que el equipo diseñado y construido es original, pues fue creado específicamente para responder a los objetivos del curso, además su diseño utiliza materiales disponibles en el mercado nacional permitiendo al estudiante entender más acerca de la construcción. Este sistema presenta alta semejanza con la realidad pues utiliza tanques de almacenamiento claramente separados entre sí, conectados por tuberías. Además se redactan guías de laboratorio de acuerdo con los objetivos del curso y el equipo disponible.
It was proposed to design in its technical, pedagogical and physical component a series of laboratory practices to complement the curriculum of the university course on Hydraulic Machines in charge of the School of Mechanical Engineering. For this purpose, the existing teams in the current venue were used and, in addition, smaller teams were proposed to supply those issues for which there is no applied experience to date. The main material contribution of this work was the design, verification, construction and writing of each of the laboratory practices. It is highlighted that the equipment designed and built is original, since it was created specifically to respond to the objectives of the course, in addition its design uses materials available in the national market allowing the student to understand more about the construction. This system is highly similar to reality as it uses storage tanks clearly separated from each other, connected by pipes. n addition, laboratory guides are written according to the objectives of the course and the available equipment.
