Resumen
En este trabajo se realizó un análisis desde los datos históricos, parámetros operativos y mediciones del subsistema Puente Mulas de la cuarta etapa del Acueducto Metropolitano administrado por el Instituto Nacional de Acueductos y Alcantarillados. El fin de este trabajo es determinar todos los parámetros operativos de producción de agua potable, consumo y sectorización de los usuarios del sistema para realizar una modelación en software del sistema para facilitar la determinación de los efectos de maniobras de operación del sistema, así como patrones del sistema para identificar problemas a futuro. Para esto se realizó una investigación de fuentes registradas de Acueductos y Alcantarillados, consultas a personal de las cuadrillas de trabajo del área, y una serie de mediciones de parámetros como caudal de las tuberías, niveles de agua en tanques, consumo de usuarios mediante hidrómetros y otros, con el fin de obtener con mayor claridad las condiciones de operación al momento del desarrollo de este trabajo.
Inglés: This study conducted an analysis based on historical data, operational parameters, and measurements of the Puente Mulas subsystem, part of the fourth phase of the Metropolitan Aqueduct administered by the National Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers. The aim of this study is to determine all the operational parameters related to potable water production, consumption, and user zoning within the system. This will be utilized to model the system in software, facilitating the determination of the effects of system operation maneuvers and identifying potential future issues. To achieve this, an investigation was carried out using registered sources from Aqueducts and Sewers, consultations with fieldwork personnel in the area, and a series of measurements of parameters such as pipeline flow rates, water levels in tanks, user consumption through water meters, among others. The goal was to obtain a clearer understanding of the operational conditions at the time of conducting this study.
